Termites and Wood Boring Insects Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator designation is for the identification of wood destroying organisms and is reached by passing an extensive exam conducted by the Michigan Department of Agriculture. The designation is bestowed upon those who demonstrate their knowledge of, and proficiency in, all aspects of identification of wood destroying organisms.
The designation meets criteria established by FHA and VA for wood-boring and termite insect inspections - a requirement for FHA/VA loans.
